Brenda Zane is a Shameless Mom to four sons ages 14-22, a Mayo Clinic Certified Health and Wellness Coach and the Founder of The Stream, an online community to support moms of kids with substance use disorder. Based on her personal experience she provides a space to get and keep moms healthy while they fight for their child’s life. She also hosts Hopestream, a podcast for parents whose kids are struggling with addiction. Brenda spent the first 25 years of her career in advertising, working for global agencies and Fortune 500 clients like Target, Microsoft, Nike, Hawaiian Airlines, and P&G. She lives in Seattle with her husband and a blended family of 4 boys and 2 dogs.
