About Sara Dean

I have spent the last 17 years supporting women through transition and transformation in my careers in psychology, sociology, health, fitness and wellness .

My biggest passion is helping Shameless Moms own their space. I motivate and inspire moms to stop shrinking and start SHINING in ways they never thought possible #everydamnday.

Where will this event be held?

This workshop is completely virtual! It will be held on Zoom video conferencing. You can download the Zoom app for free to your computer or phone. Prior to the workshop, I will send you a specific Zoom link that will give you access to our video conference call on August 26th.

How much is the workshop?

Will the workshop be recorded?

Yes! All registrants will get access to the full recording.

What if I can only attend part of the workshop?
